Asked Questions
How can I find a trusted London pet sitter?
To find a London pet sitter - We would always recommend assessing your pets needs - other they need drop in visits or over night care.
From there - speaking to potential sitters about there experience, insurance status, client recommendations & DBS status.

What is the difference between a pet sitter & a home boarder?
The main difference between sitters & boarders is that sitters stay in your home to care for your pet.
How boarders take pets into their own home (which must be legally licensed by the council & have insurance - and your boarder may have a number of pets in their home.
For London pet sitters - check your local area.
How do I know if my pet needs personalised care?
f you are unsure - we would suggest looking at your pets daily needs & behaviours (for instance is your pet anxious or needs medication). From then we can guide you as to the best services that we can offer you & your pet.

Absolutely. We take great pride in meeting with you 7 your pet to discuss what their care may entail - from our first meeting right up until the moment you leave for your holiday - we will design a plan (in conjunction with you) that means your pet is as calm & safe & feels comfortable with us - so that you have peace of mind when you go away.
My vet has put my pet onto medication / has suggested my pet may need an operation - will Lisa be able to help with this?
We are proud of the relationships we have built up with many vets in London & work with them & you to follow your pets medication regime (whether it be tablets, liquids or injections).
We will assist in helping you & your pet prepare for their operation & we care for a lot of pets post operatively - if you need a pair of extra hands or you have a holiday booked - we are here to help you.
If I would like to ask Lisa questions or booker services ices what is the next step?
Amazing!
Generally, we like to organise a Meet & Greet with you & your furry family - within your home - so we can see how your pet behaves & talk through specific needs - from then on we will discuss contracts & deposits fro your care.
Does Lisa need anything from me (the owner)?
Absolutely. Although our contract does cover most queries - we will always insist you be as open & honest about your pets behaviour so that we have the complete picture (& are aware of any behavioural issues).
We will ask that your pet be uptodate with preventatives treatments (a waiver from can be discussed) & for all pets - microchips are now the law for all dogs AND cats & all dogs MUST have a collar & tag if we are walking them (this is a UK law).
